7 Springs Wellbeing Reflexology around Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Healing starts with finding the right therapist for you

Whilst experiencing some fertility problems, I was introduced to a reflexologist who had transformed other ladies' lives. My enthusiasm for sharing my knowledge and caring for other's wellbeing, together with my own personal experience of reflexology, was so powerful that I went on to study and qualify in the therapy myself.

My interest in natural health and complimentary therapies comes from my strong belief that the human body has to be in balance to feel well. Taking a holistic approach involves listening to both the body and mind (and emotions) and respecting the individual as a whole in order to help them fully.

I trained under the guidance of Maureen Burgess in 2014, an honorary member and Fellow of the Association of Reflexologists. Since graduating from her School of Reflexology, I have often returned as an assistant helping the new students with their practical learning and assessments.

My studies extend to Herbal Medicine, Iridology and the Metamorphic Technique, however these are not disciplines that I currently offer professionally.
